Seminar on Enhancing Teachers’ Professional Skills On August 27–28, 2025, a scientific and methodological seminar titled “Teacher Professional Skills in Organizing the Educational Process” was successfully held at the Kyrgyzstan Islamic University for the academic and teaching staff. The main purpose of the seminar was to improve teachers’ pedagogical skills, introduce modern educational technologies, and familiarize participants with new approaches to the effective organization of educational and воспитational processes. 🎤 The seminar was conducted by Nurgul Kadyrbaevna Koilubaeva, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences and Associate Professor. During the seminar, participants received valuable information on modern requirements in higher education, student-centered learning, interactive teaching methods, quality enhancement in education, and the improvement of educational and mentoring activities. The seminar covered the following topics: application of modern pedagogical technologies; interactive teaching methods; ways to increase student engagement; effective organization of educational and mentoring activities; development of critical thinking; professional ethics and leadership skills of teachers; use of digital technologies in the educational process; effective communication with students. The seminar was held in an interactive format, allowing participants to actively engage in group activities, discussions, and practical tasks. Faculty members exchanged professional experiences and discussed current issues in education. Particular attention was given to innovative teaching methods, increasing student participation, and enhancing student motivation. At the end of the seminar, participants emphasized that such scientific and methodological events play an important role in improving teachers’ professional competencies, enhancing the quality of education, and increasing the effectiveness of work with students. The seminar became one of the important initiatives aimed at developing a high-quality educational environment at the Kyrgyzstan Islamic University, supporting continuous professional development of teachers, and preparing specialists who meet modern educational standards.
