Egdūnas Račius, a well-known scholar from the Republic of Lithuania, Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor of Islamic Studies at Vytautas Magnus University in Kaunas, Lithuania, visited the Kyrgyzstan Islamic University and delivered a guest lecture for students and faculty members. The main purpose of the lecture was to share international academic experience in the fields of Islamic studies, interreligious relations, and contemporary religious processes in the modern world.
