Nurgazy Kyrgyzbaev, a specialist from the Commission for Religious Affairs, delivered a lecture entitled “The Role of Religious Educational Institutions in Combating Extremism.”

A meaningful and informative lecture entitled “The Role of Religious Educational Institutions in Combating Extremism” was delivered to the students of Kyrgyzstan Islamic University by Nurgazy Kyrgyzbaev, a specialist from the Commission for Religious Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic. During the lecture, detailed information was provided on the negative impact of extremism on society, the importance of improving religious literacy among young people, and the role of religious educational institutions in maintaining peace, unity, and stability in society. Issues related to preventing radical ideologies, developing a correct understanding of religion, and educating youth based on traditional values were also discussed. Nurgazy Kyrgyzbaev called on students to remain cautious of various destructive religious movements and emphasized the importance of obtaining information only from reliable sources. The lecture was held in an interactive format, where students actively asked questions of interest and received detailed answers.
