KIU organized a Student Scientific and Practical Conference entitled: “Preservation of National and Spiritual Values in the Era of Globalization,” dedicated to the Decree of the Kyrgyz Republic “National Spirit – Global Heights.” Guests and students from higher educational institutions took part in the conference and delivered presentations. The event was opened by the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Ustaz Matraimov Abduvasi Nusurovich. In addition, Tokonova Alina Asangazievna, Leading Specialist of the Department of Expertise and Cooperation with Religious Organizations at the National Agency for Religious Affairs and Interethnic Relations under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, delivered a speech and wished the participants success. The conference committee consisted of Mendibaev Muratbek, Tashmatov Sultan, Lutfilla uulu Soolih, and Tazabek uulu Ernazar. As part of the event, the Kyrgyz traditional ceremony of placing a baby in a cradle (“Beshikke Bölöö”) was demonstrated. Participants who presented reports were awarded certificates, first-, second-, and third-degree diplomas, as well as cash prizes.
